POSITION SUMMARY
In this dynamic role, the E-Commerce Specialist will not only support existing online sales strategies but also assist in identifying and capitalizing on new digital opportunities to drive business growth and brand awareness. This position is designed for a proactive professional adept at navigating the fast-paced and continually evolving domain of e-commerce. The Specialist will bring forth solutions and initiatives that align with the goals of Rising Health(OTC Wing), actively contributing to the realization of sales and marketing objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promotional Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute online promotions and campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and search engine marketing, to drive traffic andsales.
- Contribute Actively: Play a vital role in supporting and executing e-commerce strategies to drive sales, enhance the customer experience, and boost online presence across various selling platforms.
- Blend Skills: Utilize a mix of analytical acumen, technological proficiency, and marketing creativity to effectively promote generic and branded OTC medicines and supplements.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics tools to extract insights from complex data sets, using findings to inform e-commerce strategies, monitor campaign performance, and understand customer behaviour.
- Inventory Management Support: Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure accurate online inventory levels, avoiding stockouts and overstock situations
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and average order value, to understand performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Feedback & Review Management: Monitor customer reviews and feedback on various platforms, using insights to improve product offerings and customer service.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all online activities comply with state and federal regulations, as well as industry best practices and standards.
- Engage Cross-Functionally: Collaborate closely with various internal teams and external partners to align e-commerce initiatives with broader corporate objectives.
- Drive Digital Innovation: Act as a digital champion, identifying and implementing innovative solutions and practices to stay ahead in a competitive e-commerce landscape.
- Support Corporate Goals: Work towards achieving key performance indicators and sales objectives outlined by the senior leadership teams.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field such as Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Retail, E-commerce
- 5- 7 years experience in managing e-commerce business in Pharma / OTC preferred.
- Experience working with popular ecommerce platforms and marketplaces such as Amazon
- Strong knowledge and experience with the Amazon Seller Central platform, including inventory management, product listings, and promotions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of the e-commerce landscape, industry trends, and best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Experience in developing and executing online marketing strategies including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), social media, email marketing, display advertising
- Strong analytical skills to interpret ecommerce metrics and make decisions based on data insights
- Experience in inventory management, order processing, and fulfilment
- Ability to develop and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with the marketing team, customer service team, and external partners
- Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Knowledge of Shopify websites.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and efficiently manage time.
- Goal-oriented, organized team player.

POSITION SUMMARY
- The ideal candidate should possess good written and oral communication skills. Sound understanding and hands-on experience in conceptualizing, managing digital campaigns, setting KPIs and monitoring them across platforms and tools along with good presentation skills.
- Proficiency in social media management, SEO, SEM and marketing analytics tools.
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and best practices to meet campaign targets.
- Good analytical skills to analyze digital campaigns and measure their effectiveness
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation:
- Create compelling and engaging content for marketing collateral, website, social media, blogs, and email campaigns and manage all forms of digital content. Ensure that the content is relevant, targeted, and in line with the company’s brand voice.
Brand Management:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns aligned with the company’s brand strategy and overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and positioning strategies.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials and communication channels.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including external agencies to develop and execute campaigns.
Digital Marketing:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads and sales.
- Manage the digital marketing initiatives, including social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing SEO, SEM. Monitor the performance of digital campaigns and optimize them for better results.
- Manage and optimize our websites, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly and optimized for search engines.
- Analyze website traffic and social media metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage and execute paid advertising campaigns across various platforms including Google AdWords, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Monitor and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate them into our digital marketing strategy.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
- Graduate /B.Pharm, with MBA / Digital Marketing Certification
- Work Experience: 5-6 years
- Experience in OTC pharma marketing will be an added advantage.
- Must have hands-on experience in managing marketing in the digital world .
