POSITION SUMMARY

This position will focus on enhancing our digital presence, driving brand engagement and e-commerce growth through strategic social media management, content innovation, and cross-platform campaign execution. 

The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, optimizing website content & user experience and monitoring key performance metrics to achieve measurable ROI and business growth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Social Media Strategy & Execution:

  • Strategise and update a monthly social content calendar (themes, copy, visuals) aligned with brand voice and goals
  • Manage and produce engaging posts, stories and short videos for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn 
  • Coordinate with the designer to prepare Organic & paid social creatives and to run campaigns that drive site visits and engagements
  • Monitor key metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions) and share concise performance summaries for paid and organic posts
  • Launch and manage influencer partnerships, giveaways and corporate marketing campaigns 

2.E-commerce Integration & Support:

  • Work with the e-commerce team/agency to align social campaigns with launches on Amazon, Walmart and WooCommerce 
  • Support in preparing /updating A+ content/Display images for products. 
  • Review, suggest and update improvements for website content, layouts, errors and creatives on both corporate and WooCommerce/micro sites 
  • Design social-specific promos (banners, coupon codes, flashsale teasers) to spark purchases 
  • Track referral traffic from social channels and recommend landingpage or adspend optimizations.
  • Update blogs, and other site pages on a regular basis.
  • Comprehensive Performance Review: Campaign Outcomes vs. ROI Benchmarks

3. Content Creation & Innovation:

  • Initiate E-Mail Marketing | Newsletter to subscribers and registered users. 
  • Brainstorm and initiate on-trend ideas (UGC drives, influencer takeovers, polls/quizzes) to boost engagement.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with e-commerce, design, internal teams and external agencies.
  • Stay informed on industry and platform developments. 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience
  • Stay informed on industry and platform developments.
  • 10-12 years of experience in Social media/E-commerce/Digital Marketing.

Specialized Training or Technical Knowledge Licenses, Certifications Needed:

  • Certification(s) in Digital Marketing.
  • Knowledge of leveraging AI tools in social media marketing & ecommerce will be an added advantage. 

FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE

Domain Knowledge
  • Skilled in visual content creation, copywriting, and campaign execution.
  • Knowledge of paid campaigns, Meta Ads, and analysing social KPIs. 
  • Knowledge of SEO and e-commerce platforms (Amazon, WooCommerce etc.).

COMPANY / INDUSTRY RELATED KNOWLEDGE

Industry Exposure
  • Knowledge of the OTC pharma market preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proven Experience in various SAP S/4HANA System Integration Projects for global customers is mandatory.
  • SAP Basis Administration: Provide expert-level support for SAP BASIS administration tasks, including installation, Backup 7 Recovery, Performance Tuning, system monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting, Patch Management and system upgrades.
  • SAP Security: Manage changes in security that arise from S/4HANA, SAP ATTP and SAP Data Services (additional objects, Fiori etc.)
  • Implementation and Migration: Lead or support the implementation and migration of SAP S/4HANA systems, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Technical Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to the internal teams, providing guidance on best practices, technical solutions, and potential challenges.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, functional consultants, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of SAP S/4HANA systems with existing infrastructure and business processes.
  • Documentation and Training: Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge transfer materials, training resources and Run Books to facilitate the successful adoption and ongoing maintenance of SAP S/4HANA Landscape.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Must have thorough knowledge in Infrastructure Qualification (IQ) for the SAP Landscape as a part of Computer System Validation (CSV) activities for existing Landscape and ongoing projects.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BASIS administration and Security.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a BASIS Administrator specifically focused on SAP S/4HANA On-Premises versions 1909 – 2023.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as an SAP Security Consultant specifically focused on SAP S/4HANA On-Premises versions 1909 – 2023.
  • Must have S/4HANA experience in at least 3 Greenfield implementation; 2 Global Rollouts, 2 Version Upgrade and 5 AMS project as a Senior BASIS and Security Consultant in an independent role.
  • Strong understanding of SAP Architecture, infrastructure, and database concepts.
  • Deep skills in Administration for HANA, Sybase, MS SQL and DB2 databases.
  • Strong exposure to OS like SUSE Linux, RHEL, Windows and UNIX.
  • Experience with SAP security development lifecycle management, SAP GRC Access Control and SOD conflict resolution.
  • Experience with security assessment and audit tools and techniques
  • Familiar with industry regulations and standards, such as GDPR and SOX
  • Developing and implementing security policies and procedures for SAP systems
  • Experience with Design and implementation of SAP security roles, segregation of duties (SOD) analysis, and user provisioning solutions.
  • Experience with Conducting security assessments and audits of SAP systems to identify vulnerabilities and risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Certifications in the latest SAP BASIS HANA Administration is mandatory.
