POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Manager to lead licensing activities Rising Pharmaceuticals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in out-licensing, CDMO/CMO partnerships, international business development, and strategic collaborations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and pursue business opportunities in international markets by developing strategic partnerships and alliances.
  • Drive out-licensing, in-licensing, and tech transfers for the R&D product portfolio, collaborating with external partners.
  • Manage the entire business development cycle, including lead generation, contract negotiation, and closing agreements for collaborative projects.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience
  • MBA in Marketing or equivalent, with a B.Tech /B.Sc /Pharma background preferred.

FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE

Domain Knowledge
  • 8-10 years of experience in international business development, preferably in pharmaceuticals or life sciences.
  • Proven expertise in out-licensing, CDMO/CMO partnerships, and tech transfers.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with experience in handling commercial contracts and agreements.
