HR/Office Admin

Position Title: HR/Office Admin Department: HR/Administration
Reports To: HR Manager Work Location: East Brunswick, NJ
Position Summary:

Provide an overview of the role, including job scope / responsibilities, impact, decision authority, problem solving, level of influence, etc.

Assists with Coordination and Administrative functions of HR, Sales, Marketing, and the Executive Team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assists in maintaining employee database and files
• Coordinates the recruitment process (Scheduling, job description maintenance, candidate inquiries)
• Assists in interviewing candidates
• Maintains the onboarding/new hire process by sending out new hire emails, initiating background checks, performing reference checks, collecting all new hire paperwork, and creating welcome packets
• Collaborates with HR Manager to create employee incentive programs and team building events
• Assists in maintaining HR Compliance across the organization
• Coordinates Trade Shows and Job Fairs
• Updates Rising Pharma Holdings Inc’s Social Media, including Linkedin, Facebook, and any other applicable platforms
• Assists in the update of the company website
• Coordinates company town hall meetings/corporate events (Birthdays, Holiday Parties, lunch and learns, ETC)
• Answers calls and forwards to applicable employees
• Greets all company guest and directs them to the appropriate employees
• Purchases all supplies for the office and employees, handles all mailing needs and maintains a clean and organized corporate environment
• Maintains COO’s Calendar, and sets up meetings/calls when applicable
• Schedules in country/out of country travel arrangements for the Executive team
Position Requirements:
Required: B.S. Degree is required
Required: Minimum 2+ years of corporate HR/Administrative related work

Working Knowledge of MS Suite (Power point, excel, and outlook)
